Hi There!
My employer is happy to go ahead and start my Employment based Green Card process. My problem and where I need help is that my Employer does not want to hire a lawyer for this purpose but happy to work with me and do the application. They told if I tell them the steps, step by step they are happy to collaborate and follow what I tell them.
I do not want to pay a lawyer either (having a father of a special need child I am trying to save some expenses where I can ) and I hope we can do the process without a lawyer just following the instructions.
I am now looking for the best sites and information in this matter..please send me any information what would be helpful in this situation.
If you can you please recommend any site any person, any forum where I can get proper guiding and more information would be a big help.
I need help as I do not want to make any mistake on the process.
