My PERM was recently approved and I fall under the ROW category which makes my PD current. My H1 visa expires in another 3 months. I intend to apply for the extension soon. My wife is currently in India (and will be for another 4 months) with an H4 visa. I have a few of questions if someone can please answer them.
Can I apply for the I485 while my wife is still in India? On what status will she be back?
Can I apply for I485 and travel to India in the next month? I heard typically it takes 90 days to receive Advanced Parole approval.
Do I need to apply for the h1 extension or will I be good for travel as long as I apply for the EAD?
How long would it typically take for 1485 approval?
How long would it typically take for EAD approval?
