Can I apply for L1 A category visa if I am just hired by a Company ?

The company hired me based on my experience and knowledge of US Market - now they want me to apply for L1 A category visa.

Brief Points of my background:

I have lived on H1 B visa for 2 years in US and shifted back to India for good due to family concerns. I have a MBA degree from US university.

I have been traveling multiple times to US and other countries since last 6 years - at least twice a year I visit US on B1 visa?

Company who had hired my has a subsidiary office in US.

Questions:

1) Can my company apply for L1 A visa if I am just hired ? As I have not even completed 2 months since I joined. ?

2) I have a total of 9 years domain experience, Manager designation since last 3 years? - Do I have a chance to get visa ?

No.

You need more time with company before being considering for an L visa. You can get info on L visas in the Department of State.
