Re-entry to US on Multiple Entry Visitor Visa

I have read that there is no specification on the length of stay outside the US before re-entering on a visitor visa. Is it still true?

My parents are here on visitor visas. 3 months into her 6 month stay (I-94 validity), my mom now has to return to india for a funeral. Can she come back to the US after 2 weeks? The plan is for my dad to stay here and for them both to leave in May per the original plan.

Would there be a problem?

Hi,

My mother had stayed for the 6 months time period in US and left on 25th Sep 2013 to India.
She will be returning again soon. Is there a time period she has to stay outside US before she can return to USA ?

There is no fixed rule but She should keep a distance of 5 to 6 m o nths between two visits if she is spending full 6 m onths.

Having left in sept 13 after spending full 6 mos, if she returns this year , she will be questioned at entry why she is abusing the visitor visa.
Visitor visa is for visits and not for spending the whole year in US.

If she does like that, she will also have great difficulty getting another visitor visa when this one expires.

Re entry in usa

Hi,
I have a question please some one answer me .
I gave birth in 2011 baby in usa on b1/b2 visa and got extension for 3 months because my baby's documents was not complete. Me my husband and 1 elder daughter was with me at that trip. We returned total 7 months visit. Now we all want to visit the USA again is there any point which can make us suspicious at POE. Can we get Entry to the USA i am not preganat this time.
