Any experience with TATA-AIG Travel insurance?

Hi,

My parents are visiting me in US for few months. They are planning to get TATA-AIG travel insurance from India. In this forum, I read about ICICI and Bajaj insurance experiences but I did not encounter with any of the TATA-AIG story.

It would be great if anyone can share their good/bad experience about TATA-AIG travel insurance.
