Great! What happens to all the shady consulting companies now? Or should I rather say blood sucking plague bugs

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.

From how far I got in reading, it's good for some good people employed at good emplyers. Of course MBA grads, non-STEM grads, even the J.D grads, are going to be upset. Those "Blood Sucker Plague Bugs" may not benefit assuming they do not use the E-verify system and other restrictions presented in the law. Good.

Blood Sucker Plague Bugs. Ha Ha Ha

I had almost forgotten about that. You made my day.

48 pages! Hope I get that novel finished this weekend

Is Bill Gates happy now? Now I really find it silly for F1 students to prove ties to home country for their visa while DHS is doing everything to keep them here on a dual intent H1b visa program.

I am on page 21 right now . See I am good.

I agree that proving "non-immigrant" intent , but in the back of the mind being happy about a possible 29-month OPT , is a joke now.

            Looks like it's tricky..

If someone on OPT is unemployed for 90 days on 12 month OPT, the F1 student puts his status in jeopardy. Holy cow.
