H1 Transfer - Urgent

Hi friends,

My current employer has issued me a termination/layoff letter.After 9 business days from now, my current employer is going to file me for H1 cancellation.

I have 2 new employers in hand who are willing to sponsor H1 for me and I want to transfer H1 in premium process.

Now, My Question is..

1.Will it be able to transfer my H1 in 9 business days ?
2.Also, I am lacking my latest pay stub...and my current employer has given me the LOA(Leave of Absence) letter for my last 3 months on bench. Does it possible for me to go with H1 transfer ? and, How far LOA will helps me..?

I am in hard time...
Please respond me very quickly friends...

LOA letter will not work for a transfer as USCIS is well aware of the benching without pay situations which is illegal.
