DS160 Question for H4

Hi,
Going for stamping in india. My wife came to US in H4 visa and we got H1B for her and due to recession we changed to H4 again. In the form DS160 what should we fill (Home maker or Not employed). Also there is a column for SSN details to be provided. If we enter Not employed and give SSN will there be any issues in visa.

Provide SSN. No issues.

One more question: After H1 she did not work and payroll was ran for a month to get the H4. will there be any issues.

Even H1 people getting visa second time even if they didn't get paid in previous visits.

One more question:
In the form for "Not employed" they dont ask for experience details.
For "Home Maker" they ask for experience details.

Can i choose Not Employed?

For Homemaker, no experience details required.
Don't understand how you got that. I filled that too, and never got like that.

And for Not Employed, you need to write reason, hence Homemaker is better option.

In DS160 for Home maker in the next page the ask for previous work and education details.
