Can H1b filed without having paystubs/payroll on OPT
Hello,
I had been working on my OPT EAD(Unpaid-Fulltime) and my employer filed for H1B petition and the petition got denied/rejected/RFE and I dint have payroll/paystubs running on my name for the period of working. Do i need to have a payroll running on my name for H1B to be approved / if i want to work for another employer(change of employement while on OPT).
