Can I Re- enter USA with photo copy of i797
I am currently working in USA with H1B and my i94 is valid till May 2016.
I took a leave and came to India for a vacation and I will return US on 18th of Dec with my family.
But i somehow forgot to carry the ORIGINAL i797 copy. However I have the xerox copy of i797.
can you please advice if showing of Original i797 is mandatory in US POE or photocopy of the i797 will serve the purpose?
Please note : there is NO change or tranasfer regarding my employer or location
