Pre-trial diverse program and naturalization

Good afternoon,
I have been arrested and charged of disorderly intoxication, I have plead not guilty. I have been assigned to a pre trail diverse program, the deal is I will take a class and 6 months no rearrest and they will drop off the charges.
I'm a green card holder since 5 years and I was going to apply for my citizenship; considering that I have plead not guilty do you believe I have to wait an another 5 years before to apply?
