My mom is a green card holder. 4 years back. She applied for Reentry permit and got it. She was away for about 1+ year, it has since expired. She is going back to her country for a short trip again this time for 2-3 months. Does she need to reapply a Reentry Permit again or not needed? She has her passport and Green Card. She has been a Green card holder for over 10 years. She is in her late 60s now... going back for a visit. Please advise.
