Wife travel?
My wife(EB2) is in the motion to reopen phase(MTR) of her employment based green card process. The messup is completely due to the USCIS sending paperwork t the wrong address. We have not to date actually received it but we have submitted the MTR.
Question is our honeymoon is scheduled for mid sept 2008 and is scheduled to be in teh US virgin islands. While i am a US citizen, can she go and comeback-what paperwork will she need? The travel websites are vague. Any help appreciated!!!
