Can My 21 month old Son travel to India with Grandparent?
Hi,
My 21 month old Son is a US citizen(born here), I want to send him to India with my Father(who is also a GC holder) for 2 months vacation. Me or my husband(non-immigrant visas) cannot accompany him b'coz of our Jobs.
Is it possible to do that? Will there be any objection? I heard that kids under the age of 3 should be accompanied by their parents. Please respond ASAP!!!
