My wife is Ecuadorian. She wants to travel from the Dominican Republic to Ecuador, but use Miami just to catch the next plane. The ticket is cheaper like this. She will enter the Miami airport at 8:30am (from the D.R.) and the next flight to Ecuador is at 3:00pm. She does not and will not leave the airport or touch U.S. soil. Is that possible?
