Dear Sir,
I have questions for you.
Charge by counselor:-
My immigrant visa application has been refused under Section 212(a)(5)(A)
Which prohibits the issuance of a Diversity Visa to any applicant who fail
to list her/her spouse and children under the age of 21 at the time of the
DV Entry.
My Reasons:-
(My daughter's actual birthday is Feb 20, 1991 in hospital by operations but mistakenly enrollment of date of birth in school Feb 20, 1992 which I never know because of my families was far from my job place. At the time of the DV entry (Sep 1 2012) my daughter complied 21 years aged. So I was skip my daughter in spouse. Mean while after I selected in Dv lottery in May 01, 2013. I send all documents to Kentucky Center USA which documents prepare by my lowers. Unfortunately my lowers read the daughter's date of birth is Feb 20, 1992 (School Records) so he sends also my daughter's document. After receiving appointment letter from Kentucky Center USA Aug 22, 2013. We gone for visa interview the charge me above case.
1) Please suggest me what to do now?
2) What is this section means do i still have a chance to get visa?
Please explain me i would be very appreciate it. Waiting for your valuable
