I would like to ask your opinion about my situation.
I have selected for the 2015 DV Lottery and my high CN means i will not get my interview before August nxt year.
in the meantime my company is willing to transfer me to the US with a L1-B visa by January, how would i manage this particular situation?
assuming i will receive a second letter and that i am in the US when this happens what would i need to do? just show up at the interview at the embassy or request an AOS?
what happens after with the L1-B? is there a way to cancel after i receive the GC? (of course assuming everything will go well)
