very urgent DV2010 plizz help me!!!!

im an algerian citizen and im selected in dv2010 , i have received the packet selectee .im confused concerning the Required Documents that i must bring to the interview appointement:certificate of birth.....;i dont know what to do for the military recordz
my question: persons who have not served in the army at all what should they bring concerning the military record
