Applicant Under Administrative Processing After interview of DV lottery 2012

Hey Everyone I would like to ask about what is Administrative processing?I gave my interview nicely and interviewer told that we have to know more about you we will call you after a week or it may takes more than that also.Till two months i have not got any call from embassy. i called them twice and they said your application is in administrative processing.If anybody know about AP please let me know what is it mean and how long it takes to come in decision ?please let me know looking forward to your replies.
