Hi - I have a B1 Visa applied by my company for Business purposes which is valid till 2020. I would like to know whether that visa can be used for accompanying my sister who is intending to attend her son's graduation ceremony during dec'16 in USA.
* If it is not allowed, what is the Visa that I need to apply and who has to initiate and what is the process that needs to be followed?
* If allowed to travel in current B1, do I need to carry any letter from my company to state that I am travelling on a different purpose than business. I am planning to be there for 2 weeks in USA
Note: I have travelled to the US many times using L Visas. But, I am yet to travel using the B1.
