    Need Information on B1

    Hi,
    i got rejected B1-Visa twice under 214b) rejection,last time i got rejected on May 2007 ,now i am planning to reapply again in Jan 2008 and my company is under BEP now.did i get this time?
    or can i take some moretime to apply(one year gap)?
    Please help me out
