CPA exams on vistor visa
Background: I am in India and plan to travel to US next month to take up my CPA exams. I currently have a B1 visa which i have used for several business visits. My CPA exams application is in process currently, but i have booked my tickets with positive hope that all will be well.Further my wife is on GC and working in US.
Questions:
1. Can i travel to US for CPA on Business VISA?
2. In case i do not receive any confirmation for my CPA application(which is in process), untilll i travel how do i substantiate to immigation at US that i am here to take up exams and not to migrate, also considering that my wife works in US?
