Hello,
I have applied for my B1 visa and also scheduled an appointment for 22nd Feb for Chennai.
When I try to download my visa appointment letter, I get this error:
Error in Application. Please contact system administrator
I still dont have the letter with me and with the weekend and Monday being a US holiday, I am getting a bit jittery.
Can anyone advise what can I do with this error? I will be able to contact the customer care on Tuesday. How much time does it take by these guys to resolve this problem and give me my appointment letter? Any help will be great here.
