N-400 Confusing

I am currently filling out my N-400 form. One confusing part is since I am intent to apply it 90 days before my 5-year anniversary. When the form ask "Where have you work during last 5 years?" and "How many trips have you taken in last 5 years?" Does that mean the actual 5 years counting from 90 days before the date I became a permanent resident OR counting from the exact day I became a permanent resident (which appears on my PR card)?
