Hey everyone. So I have a friend who has been here for about 16 yrs. He is married....not sure if it was here or in mexico....think it was in mexico. Has 2 children here. Him and his wife have both had steady jobs for many years and have rented a house since I've known then for about 6 years. Their work visas have run out but they are scared to re apply for visas or apply for citizenship. They are from Mexico and say it's very hard to get citizenship because of where they are from. I have heard about being able to sponser them but am scared if I do somehow I would be the reason they get deported. They are both hard working people and great parents. The wife's dad is sick in Mexico and she can't go see him because she will not be able to get back into the country. Is there anyone who can help me on how to help them. I look at them as family and don't want them to worry anymore. Thank you for the help.
