I have a green card almost 5 years and I am going to apply for the citizenship. I have a daughter from the first marriage. I did a green card for her in December 2015. So she has a green card already. But she doesn't live with me constantly right now. She lived with me 2 months and now she lives with her mother and will come back later in this year.
So the question is... Can she get the citizenship automatically with me? All is fine except she doesn't live with me constantly right now. But she will some day... She is 13.
