Hey,
I very recently became a US citizen based on Marriage, with 4 years and 2 months residency prior.
My husband now told me he's unhappy and considers a divorce. I'm worried that I could be accused of false intent by USCIS. Is there a time frame that we need to wait for a divorce? Like the 30/60/90 day rule used in other immigration situations?
