Had my finger printing on Feb 8 2017 in Phoenix, AZ. Status online still shows 'finger print appointment was scheduled'. Anyone from phoenix had got interview appointment?. Mine is NBC service center. How long does it take for Phoenix location for interview after finger printing?. Also, anyone knows what Code 3 means?.
