    US passport at Philadelphia center

    Hi,

    I'm planning to apply for US passport in person at Philadelphia center. Can anybody post their experiences on this. How long does the whole process take and if we get the passport on the same day.

    I know teh agency opens at 7:30. Is it better to be in line by 7:30 AM or before or is okay to be a little late.

    Any insight is appreciated
