Hello,
I have couple of questions and would appreciate some assistance:
1) I have my interview for naturalization scheduled this week, and today I realized I had filed for extension for my taxes in 2006 but did not fully file taxes even though I have refund. Can I file taxes today and during the interview review process leave the answer to question "Have you ever failed to file taxes" as NO as answer would be correct but it was later. Any advice here. I am NOT filing naturaliztion based on marriage i do have transcripts for the remainig 4yrs.
2) I have a parking ticket which I didn't pay yet, should I take care of that before the interview? And I got a speeding ticket a month ago but scheduled to do a defensive driving course within next month should that be a concern?
