I lost my Singapore PR as i didnt maintain it for 5 years since i moved to US and i also denied Singapore citizenship that was approved. Currently i am on H1B. Suppose i get Greencard based on my husband's citizenship and then get my US citizen after 3 years of greencard can i reside in Singapore in future based on US citizenship?I have been out of status for 1 1/2 years in past and now have been working again on H1. so if i leave US now and go to India are there any chances of me getting Greencard once my husband's US citizenship? My spouse would become US citizen in next 4 months time.I understand that i am assured to get greencard if i dont leave U, and wait until my husband becomes US citizen and upgrade my petition for greencard. My I 130 has already been approved
