My parents have there green card holder since 02-05-15 their total stay in the USA is more than 30 months, the only problem they have one trip outside of the USA for more 6 months and 17 days due to my dad medical operation, can I still apply for them after 4 years and 9 months for the green card, and what Is the expected time for biometrics appointment after the submission online, because they are waiting for the biometrics appointment so they can go back. .
