Hello, I would like to know if I am eligible to apply for citizenship.
I have been a GC holder since 2003 Jan. I had DWI charge in 2008 Jan for
which I plead guilty. Later I did probation and community service and completed
by April 2009.
I had a DUI in FL in 1999 for which the charges were removed, and I was not convicted.
I don't have any other charges on me since 2009 April.
I do work as a software consultant.
What are my chances and options for becoming a U.S. Citizen?
