I came to know about the voter registration very recently...per the DMV voter registration form, I have provided all the accurate personal information my country of birth (not usa), didn't check the US citizen checkboxes (both yes and no are NOT checked)...but the signature was placed on a page containing a pre-printed declaration..
Basically DMV and voting department processed incomplete form. No affirmative confirmation on US citizenship checkbox. Now its burden on me proof this is not deliberately done.
Now what should answer for Form N-400, Part 9, Item 1 (EVER claimed to be a U.S. citizen) ? YES or No.. need guidance please, saying YES means right away legal implications.
Have the offical letters from the counties with registration canceled and no voting history.
