We are currently on Greencard, and our son's (minor) 485 is still pending (indian citizen). - might take few years.
If we applied and got the citizenship, our son would automatically become after his greencard gets approved.
If we applied for N400, and got the approval in next 6 months, before he actually gets his GC,
1) what will be his status after we become citizens,? Will he continue to be the Indian citizen.
2) If we travelled to India on OCI card early next year, would our son be able to use Indian passport to travel?
3) If we moved to India and stayed there (while his gc is pending or gets abondoned), what would be his status in india
