please help me , I am in a tricky situation. I have been in the us on j2 visa as a dependent to my wife who is doing residency on j-1 and we are subject to 2 yr home country rule. I have got UK citizenship and had to give up indian citizenship. My DS form is valid till june 2014. can i still us eit to apply for j visa stamping in UK to enter back into the states.
or can i just use my british passport to enter us as a visitor (as british citizens dont need visa to us) and then change my status.
