have applied to J-1 visa and already got it, but the issue is my DS-2019 form; as I couldn't catch the arrival date on it, so I contacted my university; University of Minnesota and they issued me a new DS-2019 form with a later arrival date..
Now, I am asking does the new DS-2019 require stamping again from the US embassy or proceed with it as I have the old one with its stamp?
