Hi,
I am on a J-1 visa. I want to know what is the procedure to get an academic training approved if one of the sponsor agencies does not allow me to take one. The university I am enrolled in have no problems issuing me one but the company back home is not allowing me to take an opportunity. What is the best possible solution in a such a scenario. What will be the implications if I file a law suite against the company back home here in US. I want to know what are my rights to work in US in such case.
