Hi,
I am an MBBS from India and working as a postdoctoral fellow on a J1 research visa. I am trying to get my NORI certificates from India and it turns out that neither MHRD nor the ministry of health is issuing NORI certificates anymore. I am in a desperate situation and wanted to know if anyone had been able to obtain a waiver recently (post August, 2015) with two NORI certificates (state home department and passport office ones) or if anyone else was experiencing the same trauma? Any information or suggestion will be appreciated.
PS. I am thinking of signing a petition against the NORI ban. Please post below if you want to sign.
