NYC Summer Help

I hope someone somewhere can help...I am a tennis Pro and been offered a summer position in NYC, amazing place. It is a day summer camp but not the typical usa summer camp ( middle of no where , cabins etc ). Its a NYC tennis parks association that run a 10 week programme 9am to 4pm , 5 days a week during summer . They do not offer accomodation or food like a normal summer camp. They said if I can get there legally they will hire me and been offered position. They are not in a position to sponser me directly as they are within the NYC parks department and I am not a student anymore so I am looking into the summer camp visa exchange programme. I asked at the summer camp agencies and they said the association would have to register with them which I don't think is possible. Just wanted to ask if anyone has some advice on how i might be able to worj this out
