I wanted some information regarding the short term scholar visa.
Is it subjected to the Home Country Physical Presence Requirement like all other J1 visa for 2 years after expiry?
It has been said that this is the only visa which is not under the 24 month ban. Does it imply that I can go back to US on a J or H visa, say, 6 months after my J1 short term scholar visa period ends?
Im clueless bout visa issues. Any help or advice in this regard would be god-send
