Hi,
I am a J1 visa holder and am trying to find out the following about HRR waiver. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
1) I am in US for the last 6 months. How soon can I apply for NORI? Someone told me that it cannot be applied untill someone stays for at least 1 year in US? is that correct?
2) Once I apply for NORI and have to return to India, can I still continue the waiver process from India?
