Hi,
I filling out the DS-3035 online form for the J1 waiver application and one of the questions ask for the address where I last lived in the US. After visiting the US on a J1 visa, I have also visited on a B1-visa for approximately 3 months. I am currently outside of the US. My question is, should I put the city and state where I stayed on my last trip (which was on the B1-visa) or the place I stayed when I was there on the J1?
