Hello,
I got married last year in India. After I came back I filed for her with all the paperwork and everything was legit. I just got email/mail for verrification of address for her in India and I filled out and paid all the necessary fees as well. I just found out that she is cheating on me with some guy for the States and she is just using me to get here. How/what petition should I file to stop the Immigration file. Also can I get a divorce from here without me going India? We have only been together for about 14-15 days.
