So Im in a relationship with someone I'm Tunisia and our plan is to eventually get married. Im a US citizen but we're unsure what to do to het him over here. We aren't engaged yet but would it be easier to get married there and then start applying for greencard with spouse? Or should we just get him a tourist visa for now and figure it out after he gets here? Also do you know timeframes on how long all this takes? He was in the military there and quit so we can get him over here. We just dont even know where to start. Any help or suggestions appreciated!!!! We also want him to be able to work while hes here so is there something else we need to do with that?
