Blessings or Curse ?
I am like many thousands of folks got stuck in the Green card pursuit for years. My family had siblings and I was in no rush for marriage and I was waiting patiently for my turn.
Because of porting I got my GC (after 9 yrs of initial filing). But marriage was pending for me as my line was not clear.
Now I am in fix on how to get a girl and process her F2A visa. Reading the forums gives me mixed opinion on this. Some says that I need to find a girl who is having a working visa only and J1, F1 visa won’t work.
Also, after marriage it would take 3-4 yrs for wife to get GC and that too lots of questions will be asked.
If I got somewhat satisfied with my personal GC, I am worried now about my future wife.
Any opinions folks ?
