immigrant petitioning a fiance

gud day everyone.. can you please help me how to petition my future wife.. i just got here about 2 weeks ago and im waiting for my green card.. is it possible that when i come back to the philippines and got married then return to the united states and apply a petition or apply already for a fiance visa knowing that im not a U.S. citizen yet? im planning to got married for about 1 to 2 years in the philippines from now... your help would be so appreciated by me.. thanks!
