K1 Filers - Dec 07

Hi all,
I am new here.
Any K1 (I-129F - fiance(e) visa) filers during december of 2007 timeframe?
I have not heard anything yet, just wondering if any of you have better luck.

Good Luck, which service center did you file CSC or VSC?????
Check USCIS time lines, but dont bet the farm on them .

I submitted to the CSC.
I checked their website pretty regularly and it still showing Sept 09 processing timeframe.
Not sure how accurate that is.

ITS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lately both processing centers have been jumping all ove the places with processing date, filers in Feb. for K1 already approved, while K1 filers from August still waiting. Nobody know true dates, and I know its frustrating.

But will tell you one thing Ejay
seems more of K1 are being approved then us K3 filers and a whole lost faster then us K3 folks. That I know for a fact.

According to another forum site ::: CSC from NOA 1 to NOA 2 is 151 days for processing.
I put the site up her once before, but someone removed it.

Dec 27 '07 - touched/last updated according to the USCIS website.

hey, i sent my I 129F to the uscis in Mai 2007 till now i didnt heard anything about it & we are april 04 2008 i dont know why but this is what happened can some one tell me why or if some one has the same case as mine

You haven't even received a receipt for your petition??????

Which country are you or your fiance from?

Have you called USCIS to inquire about your petition?

Was the check cashed by the USCIS?

Did you sumbit an I-130 before submitting the K3 petition?
