K1 & CR1 visa apparently both have income requirements.
But what about actual cash on hand?
If I have $1Bil in my mattress and can prove it, then I'd still have to go out and get a job to meet these visa income requirements?
Someone please provide me more information about how cash on hand may affect income requirements. There MUST be a stipulation for this somewhere. There just must be.
And what if the foreign spouse has assets? Does everything depend on the income of the sponsoring spouse only?
