Hello everyone!
I'm doing an I-134 for a very good childhood friend of mine. My husband is the one filling out the form since he makes a lot more money than I do. Anyway I have some questions regarding filling out the form. Here they are and I appreciate your help SO much!
1. He is an american citizen BORN in USA and with american parents. For the question #2 since he was born here in US should I put his date of birth?
2. Do I need to provide copies of bank statements? I have the copies of 3 years of W-2 I know that is required but I'm not sure about the bank statements to prove the deposit in savings question # 7.
